Golf du Medoc
Golf du Medoc
The Golf du Médoc has two 18 hole courses:

The Chateau Course, 6,316 meters long with a par of 71, was designed by American Bill Coore in the purest tradition of Scottish links.
Wide fairways bordered by heather, gorse and broom lead golfers into a carefully preserved natural environment.
The fast greens, the influence of Atlantic winds and the technical difficulties of the layout make this championship course a constant top-notch challenge.

The Vignes Course, 6,220 meters long with a par of 71, designed by Rod Whitman (Canada), is set in a typically regional landscape where the beauty of the moors and the maritime pines enhance the architect's design.
The long par-5 holes with their carefully designed greens, the judiciously placed sand traps require careful and precise strokes.
The wide variety of holes and the sumptuous setting will more than meet the expectations of the most demanding players.

Come and meet the challenge on courses where several professional tournaments take place!!!

Moliets Golf Club
Moliets Golf Club
Golf has been growing in popularity in France and in Europe since the early 80's.  Seeing this opportunity, the Landes department, situated in a beautiful natural environment, decided to build an international Golf Complex in Moliets to help develop its tourist activity year round.

To achieve this, the best possible golf architect was chosen - Robert Trent Jones Sr.  The combination of his genius with the natural surrounding environment created an exceptional 27 hole golf complex.

The Moliets course is considered to be one of the 12 best golf courses in Aquitaine.  Appreciative of the climate in Moliets and the quality of course amenities, the French Golf Federation chose Moliets to create a National Winter Training Centre.  The Moliets course is also used by the European Challenge Tour as part of the European circuit.

combine to form three different 18 hole combinations.

This beautiful 16th century château forms the centrepiece of a spectacular 27 hole golf course designed by Donald Steel who is considered one of the very best "natural" golf course architects.

The different combinations offered to golfers are:

Close to the sea, golfers enjoy moderate temperatures year round - warm in winter and rarely too hot in summer.
