Creating a fine Champagne is an art to which the Ruinart House has devoted its entire existence.

It all began in Reims during the 17th century.  A monk, Dom Thierry Ruinart, had a feeling that this new “foamy wine” perfected in his native region of Champagne would have a very bright future.  Nicolas Ruinart, Dom Ruinart’s nephew, turned his uncle’s dream into a reality and founded the first Champagne House in 1729.

The family has continued ever since to dream the same dream, imposing Ruinart champagne as an absolute reference of excellence and elegance worldwide.  It’s a challenge that has now been fully accomplished.
