HUNTING WEEK END IN SOLOGNE at the Cherriers Estate
From October to February included.
From 2 to 4 people, from Friday night to Sunday 5 a.m. (2 nights).
Traditional big game and duck hunting. Discover the multifaceted and sumptuous domain.
Arrival on Friday night to the estate and discover the traditional and authentic Hunt lodge in which you will stay. Meet and greet with the landlords and savor a typical diner.
At dawn, just after a gourmand and hearty breakfast, you will take part of the big game hunt (wild boar, roe deer). Follow the bloodhounds in the early hours, and localize games. You will learn how to detect clues from the game and to recognize it. In a convivial and unique atmosphere, share an epicurean lunch with beaters and hunt guests in the woods. Follow and hunt down successively the animal until night. You will admire fanfares from the horn players and the hunting bag. That day will be crowned with a festal diner with the landlords.
On the following day, you will take part of a duck hunt on the estate ponds. Then, the landlord himself will make you discover every nook and cranny of this noble estate. Forests and ponds, aviary, Highland and Angus cattle breeding will be no longer a secret for you.
We can lend you all equipment (boots, hunting coat…), and assure you the deliverance of one temporary hunting license, weapons, insurance.
